About
Amy is an Integrative Coach and Mental Health Practitioner with a master's in psychology, whose approach to wellbeing is holistic, considering the deep connection between brain and body. She supports clients to understand and regulate emotions, manage anxiety and stress, explore their untapped potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing from behavioural science and psychology, Amy understands that mental and physical wellbeing are shaped by our daily habits and routines. She works collaboratively with clients to transform ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may keep them stuck. Through personalised guidance, Amy helps clients redesign their daily lives, enabling them to thrive and find genuine joy in the present moment.

My Approach
As an Integrative Coach, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based models and techniques (including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Mind-Body practices such as breathwork and visualisation).
Many of my clients first reach out feeling exhausted and lost. They're caught in 'survival mode' - where persistent overwhelm, anxiety, and worry have drained their motivation, clarity, and focus. When you're in this state, there's often no mental space left to find solutions or envision a different future. That's where our work together begins.
Our journey starts by coming back to YOU. Through a blend of neuroscience-based tools and gentle exploration, we work together to understand what's holding you back and identify the barriers between you and the life you desire. As both a CBT Therapist and Wellness Coach, I integrate the science of behaviour change with deep emotional work, helping you rewire thought patterns and restore your mind-body connection.
My role is to provide you with the insight, self-awareness, and practical tools you need to create meaningful change. Together, we'll build the foundation for a life of genuine confidence, energy, and fulfilment.
